agreed, GA friendly!
first contact @ 20nm ("Atlantic City Approach, [my tail number]") they offered a squawk code then asked for more info; very efficient and welcoming

KACY
For a Class C airport, this place is very GA friendly. If you are new to Class C operations, you could do alot worse that KACY as your first taste.
