AIRPORT FEES

Are GA aircraft under 2T permitted if so can you clear C&I even though they are in the EU and Schengen if arriving from a full EU country? What are the fees? Landing Handling (Is it mandatory) Parking passenger tax arriving and departing? Any other fee which has been thought of but not specifically mentioned by me? Thanks in Advance
