Go somewhere else
Tried to stop in for the fly in breakfast and was told they only make enough food for members and next time to let them know in advance. Went elsewhere for breakfast. This isn’t a flying club it’s just a social club for crusty old dudes. The terminal isn’t much better. Want to feel like you are burdening someone? Try to use the terminal facilities, or buy fuel. Brockville Airport. Where general aviation goes to die.

Nice fascility - Unfriendly community
I did a fuel stop over from my flight to Baldwin from Qubec city here in summer 2013. Found the guy on unicom and in terminal very friendly but the pilot there renting a 172 there with his family was very dry and didnt even bother providing me any information when I requested. 'This is a club building' and I was not allwed to relax there for a bit. Ended up relaxing on grass outside the terminal listening to the radio inside. In short, a great airport for stop over but be prepared to ignore some of the roughest or dry aviation people in the club side of the airport that I have ever come accross.

No complaints
I stopped here briefly during a training flight and found the terminal staff were fine. There is also wifi. Don't get stuck in the men's washroom! The fly in breakfast is now every third Sunday per the Brockville Flying Club website.

re: Nice Airport, Mediocre Service
I agree with you and disagree at the same time. I agree that the terminal staff are not friendly but disagree that the flying club members are friendly. I found them not to be friendly either and arrogant.

Nice Airport, Mediocre Service
While the flying club members are friendly, the terminal staff are less than pleasant to deal with. Next time, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Breakfast every Sunday
The Brockville Flying Club has a fly-in breakfast every Sunday. It's hard to find official info, but I think it's 8:30-11:30 am. I hope to try it out tomorrow.
