Most supportive operations experience

In Jan 2022 in what I recall was zero degree conditions, the operations manager made sure I was able to get my plane moved, warmed and able to depart. Great destination airport. Nearby is the Iron B&B. Perfect base location to fly the Loring and Frenchville triangle of northern Maine. 24 hr SS 100LL and no fees at the time I utilized this airport.
