About the Piper Aztec

The Piper PA-27 Aztec is a twin-engine piston aircraft that became one of general aviation's most successful light twins during its 1959–1981 production run. Developed from the earlier Apache, the Aztec offered improved performance with fuel-injected engines, greater payload capacity, and a reputation for rugged reliability that made it a workhorse for charter operators, flight schools, and small cargo services across North America and beyond.
